Entrant must be of good health and moral character.

Entrant must reside in her state of competition as her permanent residence, or attend high school, college, university or employment in order to be eligible to compete at the National level unless a special appointed title is granted to the applicant.

All decisions rendered by the judges are final and irrevocable. Final scores will not be issued or sent in the mail unless approved by the National Executive Director.

Entrant must provide a valid copy of a current state issued Driver's License, State ID Card or High School ID and Birth Certificate to national office within 72 hours of winning your  title or after you have been accepted and rewarded the state title to represent your state at Nationals.  

THE PAGEANT INTERNATIONAL U.S.A. reserves the right to change the dates and location of their National Pageant.

Entrant and all state queens as registered title holders (delegates) understands that there are absolutely no refunds of any kind unless approved by the National Executive Director for the following:  registration and sponsorship fees, delegate or business ad pages, meal tickets, preliminary and final pageant tickets, opening number dresses, program books, delegate outing tickets and DVD's. 

Entrant acknowledges that she has not engaged in any unbecoming behavior or activities including but not limited to any nude photos (if disclosed to the public) that would bring, tend to bring herself, the state competition, the national competition, state title, national title, or THE PAGEANT INTERNATIONAL U.S.A. into dispute, ridicule, or contempt.

Entrant must agree that if selected to represent their state as a Ms., Miss, and Teen Queen's Representative titleholder, that they will not participate in any other pageant system during their reign while holding these titles unless authorized in writing or without the express written permission of the National Executive Director. 

Entrant must agree that if she is chosen as the national title holder that she will not participate in any other pageant system. Failure to respect this policy will result in immediate dismissal of her national title, return of her official crown, sash and prize package will be revoked.

Entrant agrees if chosen as the new national title holder, she will maintain her title until the next scheduled national pageant.   

Entrant must agree that if she should be selected as a State Queen or appointed as State Queen's Representative, that she will attend the National Pageant to be scheduled on the date set forth during her pageant reign is NOT an option and abide by all the rules and regulations governing that pageant. 

The winner and recipient of the State Queen's Title(s) promises to promote the program (pageant system) by making a minimum of 30 appearances during their reign.  Titleholders further promise to make NO personal appearances or appear in any advertising, and or publications without written permission from her state or National Director.
If for any reason  the  Ms., Miss and Teen,State Queen's Representative elects not to participate, her title, crown, banner, plaque will be returned to National Executive Director.  Her title will be offered to the next qualified contestant.  I (You) understand that the contestant whose title is relinquished or is disqualified shall be responsible for any and all court cost and attorney fees incurred by THE PAGEANT U.S.A. in an effort to have the aforementioned property returned to the State or National Office.

Any National or State Queen's Delegate and or family member or guest showing unsportsmanlike behavior at the national competition or thereafter will be asked to leave the premises and will lead to the disqualification of the contestant.                           No refunds will be given. 

Any parent of a minor national title holder under age 21 displaying unbecoming behavior, participation in a social media bashing campaign or gossiping towards anyone including your pageant family (THE PAGEANT USA). Violation of this rule will be grounds for dismissal to remove you as a national queen with THE PAGEANT USA.  Your national title will be removed, your crown, sash and any prizes or gifts given will be mailed back with 7 days to the national office.  

Entrant must be willing to release unconditionally and forever, any claim against THE PAGEANT U.S.A. and related companies and their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, and assigns, which may have virtue of their state or national pageant, or by any use of their name, likeness, voice, and or biography in connection to their state or national pageant including use in promotions and advertising material.  Delegate further agrees that they will not sue in the court of law any of The Pageant U.S. A. and it's affiliates,  employees, director, vendors, and contestants for lost or stolen items at or during the pageant.  THE PAGEANT U.S.A. makes no claims or guarantees that sponsored gifts, prizes, souvenir program books, and or merchandise be available during or after pageant week should a sponsor or vendor not deliver as promised.  Furthermore,THE PAGEANT U.S.A. has the right to change it's gifts, prizes, wardrobe including but not limited to opening number dresses, t shirt color and styles, swimsuit and or fitness attire at their discretion.   All state and national delegates will assume all liability on their end for any lost or misplaced personal merchandise during pageant week at nationals.  

You the applicant or state queen's titleholder must turn in all required paperwork, and associated sponsorship fees by the scheduled due date unless prior arrangements have been made between you and the National Director.  Under no circumstances are Sponsorship Fees, Ad Pages, Opening Number Dresses, Crown and Custom State Sashes refundable.  No Exceptions!

I further understand and agree that there will be an assessed  $75.00 returned check fee.

Selected State Queen's Delegates and (Applicants) must understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility shall be determined by THE PAGEANT U.S.A. and agree to abide by that determined both as to them and other applicants.  Failure of the applicant to comply with any of the terms, provisions, restrictions or obligations here to thereof, shall at the option of the National Executive Director and or the Executive State Director result in the entrant's disqualification, loss of the title, and return of the crown and any and all prize awards.  If a National Queen Titleholder has stepped down from her reign, she must return her National Crown, Sash and any prizes immediately to the national office within 14 days from her date of notification. 

Our National Queen's will be held to a higher standard with regards to making at least 10 approved personal appearances and 70% of all appearances offered to her and MUST sign a National Queen's Contract before or thereafter she leaves the National Pageant on a designated date selected by her National Executive Director.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Should a national queen resign or is dismissed for unbecoming conduct, she will return her official crown, official sash, and national signing gifts within 7 days of her  departure with The Pageant USA and will forfeit both her state and national prize package.

Ms.           Must be at least 24 and 30 years of age as of January 1, 2019
Miss         Must be at least 19 and 27 years of age as of January 1, 2019
Teen        Must be at least 14 and 18 years of age as of January  1, 2019
